Free Title-24 Energy Code Trainings

Since 1995 this dynamic program has helped the building industry and code officials keep up with changes in the energy codes. The program improves compliance with Title-24 through classroom, on-site, and webinar trainings, which focuses on the most comprehensive and cost-effective ways to bring a home up to and above the CA Energy Code requirements.

Training Locations

Classroom Training

Enjoy the convenience of being trained at your office. The BECT Classroom sessions are presented with a PowerPoint presentation. The training sessions run between two to four hours depending on the topics covered and the knowledge of the attendees.

  • Must work in the PG&E service Territory

On-site trainings

Use your own developments for demonstration purposes! Our on-site trainings are presented at your own job site and are tailored to your field staff. The trainings will go through the CF-1R, and identify areas of improvement to help you meet your quality control standards. The trainings will also demonstrate all of the HERS inspections.

Requirements:

  • Minimum six enrollees
  • Must work in the PG&E service territory
  • Preferably have units at rough and final
